Before working with Jamie, I struggled to get past a certain point with my physique. I tried a number of different diets in hopes of breaking through that plateau but no matter how hard I tried and how much I sacrificed to stick to those diets, I just couldn’t get the results I wanted.

Ross played Lacrosse as a goalie at the highest level here in Calgary. He came to me because he wanted to get leaner so that he could get quicker and be more agile in the net. After 12 weeks, Ross cut 14lbs of fat while increasing his strength numbers in the gym. Because of this, his in-game performance increased dramatically and has recently signed a contract to play Division II Lacrosse for Tusculum College in Greenville, Tennessee.

It is great to be able to talk to someone about your goals, and get educated knowledgeable advice and support that makes those goals achievable!
