Proper nutrition is absolutely critical if you want optimal & consistent results. However, this does not mean you have to restrict yourself from certain foods/food groups or follow a BS cookie-cutter meal plan. In fact, that is exactly what you shouldn't do.
The fitness industry does a good job of making you believe that in order to get the results you want, you must endure extreme sacrifice. That you must put fitness above all else and if you don't, you'll never get the body you desire.
